Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager you will be the point person charged with driving and keeping a close eye on our financial effectiveness, expense management, procurement processes, and operational excellence. This role will work closely with business partners worldwide. You will also manage and facilitate the contract review process and the setup of new clients by working with clients, legal, and client management teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in operational or financial management roles
  • Excellent communication skills to interface with game developers and other business partners
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and complete work within stringent deadlines
  • Availability to travel when needed

  • Experience working in similar roles in a video game studio or publisher
  • Experience with software development
  • Experience in budget development and oversight

Public Relations Director

The Public Relations Director will execute programs to generate positive coverage of our game publishing activities through multiple communication channels such as industry conferences, local events, social media and online communities. The Public Relations Director will act as a liaison between our company and game developers, and create strategies to positively engage with them through press releases, interviews, influencer outreach, and game conventions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years experience in public relations roles
  • Ability to create and execute strategic PR campaigns
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to articulate concepts and messages effectively
  • Effective organization and planning skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Availability to travel when needed

  • Experience working in similar roles in a video game studio or publisher
  • Experience carrying out PR campaigns using instant messaging platforms
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Passion for mobile gaming
